- VOC Reduction, Effective Application: New alkyd resins are formulated to reduce VOC content, to meet strict environmental regulations and to enhance product safety. New alkyd resins with a low viscosity and high flash points ensure effective and safe application.
- Superior Flexibility, Corrosion Resistance, Low Yellowing: New alkyd resins offer excellent flexibility and corrosion resistance, making them ideal for a wide range of protective coatings applications including primers, one-layer coatings, and wood stains. With low yellowing properties, these resins ensure they maintain aesthetic properties over time.
CHS-ALKYD® S 475 X 70
High-solid medium-oil alkyd with low VOC content, low viscosity, and high flexibility. This alkyd resin is designed for protective primers with excellent corrosion resistance.
CHS-ALKYD® S 475 NN 65
Dearomatized medium-oil alkyd with lower toxicity level, low viscosity and high flash point (above 61°C). This alkyd resin is designed for anti-corrosion primers in dearomatized solvent or one-layer coatings.
CHS-ALKYD® ST 790 NN 75
High-solid thixotropic long-oil alkyd with VOC reduction and high flash point (above 61°C) that is pumpable at ambient temperature. This alkyd resin is designed for protective wood coatings.
CHS-ALKYD® SU 830 N 85
Urethanised high-solid long-oil alkyd with a perfect combination of fast drying, flexibility, and hydrophobicity. This alkyd resin is designed for low-yellowing protective wood coatings and stains. Thanks to excellent weather resistance, this alkyd resin is also recommended for outdoor applications.
